Jason Tian 博士，研究员、设计师。主要研究方向为机器学习中大模型的高效率训练、迁移学习与遥感、文字识别领域的应用。他在南洋理工大学以及北京邮电大学分别获得硕士与学士学位。他在多个头部研究机构工作，包括南洋理工大学 S-Lab 进阶智能实验室、清华大学高速网络路由实验室，并长期在机器学习/人工智能会议担任学术评审及委员。他在新加坡国防研究院（DSO）关键项目担任首席研究员，并且受邀在青年科学家峰会（GYSS 2025）汇报研究。他同时是 DistriBrain 的创始人以及 CTO，主要研发 AI 架构以及领导算法团队，技术服务多个中国人工智能独角兽出海，他同时也在 春之丸设计工作室 担任主理设计师。

Dr. Jason Tian is a machine learning researcher and designer. He is the Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Singapore Management University, where he was recognised on the Dean's List, and holds M.Sc. from Nanyang Technological University. He has published 8 research papers in top-tier AI conferences including NeurIPS and CVPR highlight, with works spanning efficient transfer-learning, domain adaptation and remote sensing. He also served as PI on key defence project at DSO and held research fellow positions at Tsinghua University and NTU S-Lab of Advanced Intelligence. He regularly serves on program committees for over 10 top-tier AI conferences and was an invited speaker at the Global Young Scientists Summit (GYSS) 2025.

In addition to academia, Dr. Tian also interests in tech-transfer from academic to business, and in art & design. As the Co-founder and CTO of DistriBrain, he leads tech team to develop AI middleware solutions and cost-effective distributed training frameworks. The company's technology has been successfully deployed by major technology companies like YiWise Intelligence. He is also the Principal Designer at Haru-Maru Art & Design Studio, where he applies his AI expertise to visual art design, branding, and creative projects.
