Jeffrey 是工程师出身，拥有新加坡国立大学（NUS）电子工程学士与计算机科学硕士学位。他曾在格芯（GlobalFoundries）与美光（Micron）担任设备与制程工程师 6 年，从事半导体制造——现代计算与 AI 的硬件基础。目前他在新加坡一家私人银行工作，推动 AI 在数据治理中的应用落地。
Jeffrey 在新加坡生活十余年，他同时是一名高管教练，客户包括新加坡本地交易所、头部人力资源公司，以及科技、金融等领域的创始人与领导者。他尤其关注 AI 的「人」这一面：人与组织如何真正用起 AI，并随之成长。
Jeffrey is an engineer by training, with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He spent six years as a process and equipment engineer in semiconductor manufacturing at GlobalFoundries and Micron — the hardware foundation of modern computing and AI. He now works at a private bank in Singapore, driving the adoption of AI across data, operations and governance.
Jeffrey has lived in Singapore for over a decade. He is also an executive coach (ICF Certified), working with the leadership of a local exchange, executives at a leading HR firm, and founders and senior leaders across technology and finance. His particular focus is the human side of AI: how people and organisations actually adopt it and grow with it.
