Leah Tian 是中英人工智能协会（CBAIA）联合创始人，长期致力于推动人工智能在中英新三地的应用落地与产业合作。她在英国期间组织多场大型 AI 产业对接活动，为协会拓展企业会员体系，并为数十所中国高校和科技企业设计并落地AI培训及海外商务考察项目，促进高校、企业与初创团队间的跨境协同。

她具备超过 10 年的国际商务拓展与项目管理经验，擅长在多元文化环境中识别行业需求、构建技术解决方案、推进合作闭环。她拥有Bayes Business School（原伦敦卡斯商学院）能源贸易与金融硕士学位，深谙中西商业文化与产业逻辑，致力于推动 AI 在金融、教育、制造等领域的商业化落地。

Leah Tian is the Co-founder of the China–Britain Artificial Intelligence Association (CBAIA), where she has long been dedicated to advancing the application and commercialization of AI technologies across China, the UK, and Singapore. During her time in the UK, she organized multiple large-scale AI industry engagement events, expanded the association’s corporate membership network, and led the design and delivery of AI training programs and international business delegations for dozens of Chinese universities and tech enterprises. Her work has fostered meaningful cross-border collaboration among academic institutions, enterprises, and startups.

With over a decade of experience in international business development and project management, Leah excels at identifying industry needs, building tailored technology solutions, and driving end-to-end partnerships in multicultural environments. She holds a Master’s degree in Energy, Trade and Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), and brings a deep understanding of both Eastern and Western business practices. She is committed to promoting the real-world adoption of AI in sectors such as finance, education, and advanced manufacturing.
