陈凰朝，南洋理工大学科技创新与创业硕士。她拥有超过 8 年的 AI 创业经验，孵化超过 10 个团队。她目前任职美国上市公司商业分析师，曾任及字节跳动产品经理，具备丰富的跨国项目管理与 AI 产品从 0 到 1 落地经验。

她同时是 DistriBrain 创始人及 CEO，致力于将前沿人工智能技术在东南亚市场实现商业化应用。同时，她积极推动本地 AI 社区生态，主导多个活动社群，总成员数超过 1000 人，创立 Distribrain AI 社区，汇聚顶尖 AI 创业者、投资人、开发者与科研人员。该社区以“分布式大脑”为愿景，致力于打造全球开放协同的 AI 创新生态，推动高质量落地与跨界合作。

Chen Huangchao (Phoenix) holds a Bachelor's degree from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Master's degree in Technopreneurship and Innovation from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. She brings over 8 years of entrepreneurial experience in artificial intelligence, having incubated more than 10 teams across diverse AI domains. Currently, she serves as a Business Analyst at a U.S.-listed technology company and was formerly a Product Manager at ByteDance, with solid expertise in cross-border project execution and end-to-end AI product development.

Phoenix is the Founder and CEO of DistriBrain, where she focuses on driving the commercialization of frontier AI technologies across Southeast Asia. She is also a passionate ecosystem builder. Beyond her entrepreneurial ventures, she leads multiple local community initiatives with a combined membership of over 1,000, fostering engagement across AI, innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Phoenix established the Distribrain AI Community, a fast-growing network of top AI entrepreneurs, investors, developers, and researchers. Anchored in the vision of a globally connected “distributed brain,” the community is dedicated to advancing open, collaborative AI innovation and accelerating real-world impact at scale.
